| PROCESSING |

Please expect a processing time of 2-7 days as items are made to order.

| SHIPPING|

Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the order.  Orders will ship 1-2 days following the processing time.  Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $125 after discounts are applied.

| REFUNDS & EXCHANGES |

In the event your order is received damaged/ not functional upon delivery, please send an email with attached photos to AuraByPortia@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. A replacement of the same design will be sent to you free of charge. 

 

You may, however, request the item cost be refunded to you -- refunds will only be accepted if the item is received damaged and reported within 5 days of receipt with photo evidence.  A partial refund of up to 40% may be issued if the damage does not impact function.

In the event you receive an item different from what you ordered, you will be eligible for an exchange free of charge -- please keep all original packaging material and email AuraByPortia@gmail.com with your order number and photos attached.  We will send you a return shipping label and send you the correct item within 5 days of exchanged product receipt.
